Im a troubled teen and i want help

what should i do ? go to summer camp or boarding schools for troubled teens ? what programs are there for troubled teens ? i need to help myself now . my parents are really have no time for me. i dont want to be like this for life. my friends said that there is a good horseback riding summer camp is that expensive ? what else can i do in a summer camp ? i always get bored easily . so i need more activities. please help me .. i dont want to be a troubled teen forever.
