Louise Sheppard, PhD, MA,<\/b> is an executive coach and coaching supervisor with experience working with more than 100 organizations globally. Louise\u2019s background in business and leadership development includes leadership roles at Unilever and work as a management consultant. She is a partner at Praesta Partners LLP and has served as a trustee for a national charity and on the advisory board of a social enterprise.<\/span><\/p>\n

Known for her direct, calm, and supportive approach, Louise helps leaders transition between roles and amplify their impact. She employs evidence-based strategies to challenge self-limiting beliefs and drive meaningful change. Louise has substantial experience across industries, including financial services, FMCG, professional services, engineering, construction, PE, tech, pharma, education, regulation, and healthcare. She holds a doctorate in Coaching and Mentoring from Oxford Brookes University and a master\u2019s degree in Professional Coaching from Middlesex University. Louise lives in London and enjoys trekking, cycling, yoga, and time with family and friends.
