In today\u2019s fast-paced professional landscape, leaders often make swift, instinctive decisions<\/span> <span data-contrast=\"none\">about whether they want to engage with a coach. The initial moments of a discovery call or chemistry session set the tone for the entire coaching relationship \u2014 and possibly determine whether it even begins.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">For <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/coachingfederation.org\/credentialing\/icf-credentials-overview\/compare-credentials\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">ICF credentialed coaches<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"none\">, this first impression is more than a casual introduction; it is a defining moment that can either build trust and engagement or create hesitation. From the moment you meet a leader, they are evaluating whether you can challenge, inspire, and elevate their thinking.
