I really don’t know what to say, all I know is that I can relate to what you are going through. Been there, done that, felt that and, after eight years there is not a day that I don’t think of him. its a great story but how can she fall in love with mcken by only txting over someone she sees everyday at school?…i know it’s hard to forget your first love but i would have taken the chinky eye asian dude Lin’s proposal when he came back to ask her the second time…Lin never did anything wrong…it wasn’t Lin’s fault she broke up with him the first time…:(…i feel sorry for Lin more than karez…i guess the moral of this story is…..”u reject the guy that loves u most over someone else….u will fall….and you deserve it”…..of course karez may seem like the good person here but Lin is really the good guy….karez tried to make Lin jealous and Lin ignored her and im sure Lin was hurt pretty bad…if the women i love tries to make me jealous i wouldn’t be jealous….i’d be sad…the women u love going around telling everyone “i got a new guy that likes me, he is soooooooo cute, he txt me everyday!”…of course who wouldn’t be sad…Lin waited until karez and mcken broke up just so he can ask for another chance….now that sounds like something i would do…Lin even WAITED SILENTLY FOR THREE YEARS, NOW THAT’S WHAT I CALL LOVE!!….if Lin was the bad guy im sure he would have tried to break them up somehow but he didn’t…mcken is the antagonist in this story…he came outta no where and messes everything up…what i think is….when mcken came down for the holiday he had sex with karez and that was IT!!! HE DOESN’T WANT HER NO MORE!! they had a big fight and so he just tells her to forget about him…WTF!!….IF YOU LOVE HER AT LEAST TELL HER TO WAIT FOR U!!!!….picture yourself in karez’s position…..wouldn’t u regret ever letting Lin go in the first place??….picture yourself in Lin’s position…..how would u feel if the girl u love loved someone else and u waited 3 long years just for her and still she says no….very very sad indeed

i am going through a similar phase. The problem for me is knowing when to pursue what you want and when to let nature take its course. I don’t want to push too hard yet i don’t want to not try enough.

It’s nice to know other people feel the same pain as i do.
