hmm..well theres no need for you to have a $250 phone, cuz then you’ll be like every1 else. i mean i live in the uk so my money equivalent will be a bit different to you. but if you really want to make fast money you can do something like babysitting or just save up the $2 a week that you get

    gd luck

i’m not 100% sure that this will actually help, but here are some tips:
    1. ask your mom to give you maybe a dollar more for doing extra chores
    2. if your mom has an ebay account ask if you can sell things on her account and she could give the money to her
    3. “finders keepers” if you find change in between the couch or outside somewhere save it up
    4. Lemonade Stand! This is basicly all about luck. Me and my friend did this about 10 times and some one stopped by twice out of that 10. so there’s a 20% chance you will have success, but its worth the shot right?
    5. I cant think of anymore. Sry!

here is some serious advice for you, and I’m not going to tell you how to get the phone, I’m going to tell you something much more valuable.

Material objects will come and go, and in the end, in the overall picture, they mean nothing. What really matters is your character, your self discipline, your friends and your family. You can spend hours of your life trying to earn the money to get those little things you want in the short term, those clothes, shoes, phones….things that will go out of style and you will no longer want before you know it. You can spend countless hours working meaningless jobs to get these things…. Or, you can spend your time making yourself a better person, doing something that contributes to your long term success as a person, having fun with friends, hanging out with your family, enjoying life. Objects aren’t life, life is what you have when everything you own is taken away, life is what you are left with after you lose everything that TV, and Seventeen Magazine tells you is important.

If you have a loving family, don’t take them for granted. If you have good friends, don’t take them for granted. If this is not the case, go out there and find something that feels like a family to you and find friends that you can count on.

Forget about material items, buy what you need to get by, and leave it at that.

I’m telling you, look at it from this perspective: every dollar you spend on something you don’t need, that dollar comes from time that you have sacraficed at a job that you probably don’t enjoy, chances are, the time you spent at the job, you would rather have spent doing something else. Time is life, you are literally spending your life for materials…..there will always be more materials to be bought…clothes, jewelry, cars, boats,…..always something that you could trade peices of your life and chunks of your time for. Learn to not value these things now and instead spend your time doing things that will build value in yourself.

I am 20 and in college, so this isnt some old person saying this to you. Take this seriously, because I promise you it is good advice.
