I empathize to what u are going through, with what you have written down, I was saddened to see how you suffer for the past few weeks or months for the pain you had with your ex or past relationship…. Youre not alone, but you dont have to be on that condition as days go by….

Dear, your wasting your time feeling lonely and beaten and sad and furious of what had happen to you. You cant move on because you have chosen that. You always think of your past and regret everything…. if you could only try to focus your mind setting to other things more imprtant than that, then do it now.

Moving on is not just left and said through your lips or mouth, you have to move physically and literally…do things..be busy and never ever think of what your past caused you. Think of this scenario, you are there cuddling your own pillow that are almost wet by tears, sitting alone in the dark room lingering the past…. have a life dear….while u are there embracing the pains, the person is happily and contently kissing and hugging another woman not even aware that he have hurt someone like you..

Build your career, be beautiful…smile…focus on better things…go with your friends…burn every memory…move out from the things u usually did with your ex… be tough…!
